I Really Need a Hobby
I was looking through the TV guide for what's on tonight. I drifted into a cozy-morphine-like-haze when I saw this:
American Idol: 8 p.m.-10 p.m
Top Chef: 10 p.m.-11:15 p.m.
There's no watching a crap 1/2 hour show in order to fill time between two good shows....there's no flipping around watching a few minutes of one show and a couple minutes of another.
It's just pure uninterrupted watching bliss.
I haven't felt this way since NBC's Must See TV Thursday when Friends led the lineup.
I admit it...I'm completely pathetic :p

TiVo, man. Get a TiVo, then you can even speed thru the commercials.
Tonight, on tap for me? Keith Olbermann at 8 (my boyfriend, don't tell TCBIM), Mythbusters or Ace of Cakes at 9 and Top Chef at 10.
But no, I don't really watch television.... ha.
Is your yahoo mail account defunct? I've been including you on the OC emails about Allison's visit, but they keep bouncing back to me.

Julia, my email address is sjbjlewis@comcast.net. I closed out my yahoo account.
And I've been pushing for TiVo, but oddly Jeff wants no part of it for some reason.

TV shows are cheaper (and safer) and just as effective than hardcore drugs.....
I love Restaurant Makeover. I'll catch Iron Chef if I like the challengers. I also LOVE Hell's Kitchen. I love the abuse those chef's endure.
I want Marcel to win just to stick it to everyone who ganged up on him.

C'mon you have to root for Sam, he's got the beetis ;-) I hated marcel until that episode - now I feel bad for him cuz he tries to act like its all cool when you know its not.
