Booyah!!

I got a message from the town prosecutor saying that the girl who caused the car accident was entering a plea of guilty for negligent driving and the case would remain open regarding her conduct after (leaving scene of accident, and not going to the precinct to have pictures taken of her vehicle) pending good behavior.

Plus I will be receiving resistution for all expenses paid out for the deductible, and the car rental we had when the van was being fixed.

So no court for me, baby. You should've seen the happy dance I did while I was listening to the message. What. a. relief.

  • Was the happy dance like the robot in any way?
And yes they made me grow a sellik-esque moustache and wear a hawian shirt. They thought i would look less conspicious.

  • LOL, it was NOT the robot, but there was a lot of fist pumping in the air ala Kevin Bacon in Footloose. I would've attempted some pliĆ©s and piroettes like Kip Winger of the hair band "Winger", but was afraid of pulling a muscle.

Did you wear the short shorts too?

  • NICE!!! Whoo hoo!

And now thanks to the two comments before mine I'm picturing you as Footloose era Kevin Bacon doing plies in short shorts... LOL

  • ROFLMAO!

Oh the imagery! What? No Tom Cruise aka old time rock'n'roll?? LOL.

  • Orrrr, how about a bit of Angus Young from AC/DC - playing the guitar, kicking up your heels across the living room floor??

Oh man, my dh does this (or attempts to do this) when he's had too much to drink ... it ain't pretty ...
