Whoever is Doing The OC Challenge....

and for anyone else who's interested, there's a really cool website to go to to track your diet and exercise...and it's FREE!

Go to sparkpeople.com and sign up. You can either choose a diet and exercise plan and track it, or do your own plans. They have chockfull of articles and exercises and all sorts of goodies.

When you enter in your stats and how much weight you want to lose in a certain amount of time, it'll calculate everything and tell you the date that it's possible to lose the weight by (follow?).

If you enter in your food intake, you can see the amount of carbs, calories, fat and other nutrients you're taking in to see if you're getting enough of each.

There's so much more to explore, you'll need to see for yourself.

  • I can't do the "online" thing myself. I did join sparkpeople awhile back and then never went back to their website LOL (I suck). I do know of lots of local people that have used it and lost weight, so it is successful. I'm just doing my own thing here and hopefully it'll work. Lost another pound this week so I'm down 3 now! WOO!
