Happy New Year Everyone

May you have more happy days than sad.

More sweet days than bitter.

More successes than failures.

And may we be ever closer to receiving a cure.

  • That picture was a pretty common one amongst many of us tonight. But not so for most others.
Happy New Year to you as well. Take care of your big guy over there.

(one of my most obscure word verifications was "quif" i know that was nice to share with you all. my appologies)

  • Somewhere in the world upzorcky means something in someone's language.

Chris, only you would get a word like quif.

I on the other hand got kioglb. It's what I say when I've drunk too much tequila and need help going to the bathroom.

  • Shannon,

    Happy New Year!

We let Riley stay up with us last night and watch the ball drop on TV.

I watched with tears in my eyes. When Riley was brushing his teeth I turned to Michael and said, "2008, maybe this will be the year..." I never finished my sentence because I started to cry. What a wonderful way to bring in the new year.

I was going to say "maybe this is the year they will find a cure".

I think that every new year. Maybe this year I'll be right.

I hope it's a great new year for you and your family.

And I'm with you on the cure, 1001%. Expect to see me cycling again for this cause in 2008. I'm hoping and praying this will be a breakthrough year.

  • Hey Shannon,

Better late than never right? But a happy new year to you and your family too.

Thank you for all that you do and share with us, for all of the laughs and sighs and cyber-hugs and all that good stuff.

    I appreciate you!
