Heavy Confession

When I was a little girl, I thought Doug Henning was a hottie.

  • Since we're confessing, I too had a crush when I was little.

  • Wow, those pics bring back some memories. That is rather disturbing (lol!) But I am sure my kids will say the same thing when they get older.

  • He scared me. He reminded me of the inanimate Joker from the Joker's Wild. Which gave me nightmares.

  • Carey,

    LMFAO!!

    Chris,
    He was the best magician.

    Rachel,
How dare you diss my boyfriend.

  • Holy mullet.

And holy shit, I'm laughing at that picture Carey posted.

  • But the question remains: do you still think he is a hottie?

  • Are you sure you wanted to admit that to all of us ;)

Ok, the dude kind of freaked me out as a kid too. I think it was the moustache. Moustaches freaked me out as a kid .... (maybe I shouldn't be admitting that on here??). LOL.

He kind of looked like Freddy Mercury .... (when he had long permy hair ...)

  • Umm... I think I'm too young to know who that is.

    Off to Google.

  • Shannon,
Wow, and I thought my Donny Osmond crush (obsession) was weird. (And I think he's still hot.)

But I think your crush takes the cake! :)

  • Donny and Donna....you would've made a cute couple.

By Blogger Shannon, at 12/21/2007 4:07 PM

  • Yes, we would have! LOL!

  • I saw him LIVE in the 80's in Pittsburgh. I was sitting in one of the first few rows so I thought I'd be able to figure out his tricks! The only one I could see for sure was when he put a sword through a balloon. I could see tape, or something, on either side of the balloon where he put the sword through. He put the sword in very slowly and the balloon didn't pop. Magic! Then he pulled the sword out of the balloon VERY QUICKLY and popped it with the tip.

The rest of the show was pretty damned good!
