Jakey Unplugged
(Last post for a while. I couldn't resist posting this now.)
He's given me a bed full of Rice Krispies, and just yesterday, a couch full of cake mix. But my goodness if he never fails to give me a heart full of happiness when he sings to me upon my request.
I said to Jake: Sing me a song.
He asks me: What do you want me to sing?
I said: Sing whatever you know.
And so he picked up a guitar and sang the following classics:

A. I love, LOVE that he takes a few moments to "tune" the guitar. That's awesome.
B. Impressive how he goes southpaw for the first track, akin to Jimi Hendrix's trademark flipping of the right-handed guitar to play it lefty. For the other tunes, he switches to right-handed. Jake is an ambidextrous guitar God.

I think I need to review the lyric sheet. I may have heard Hobble Bobble in place of L-M-N-O. Maybe I've been singing it wrong all these years.

LOL - I giggled through all three of those and Dani sat here and was totally enthralled by his singing - I mean, she was right into it LOL.

Hysterical. I thought it was hurple purple, though, not hobble bobble. Boo say doobie doobie doobie instead of TUV.
And, dood, were your other two throwing plates at each other in that first one? I kept hearing breaking glass. Or maybe it's just me, projecting my desire to break stuff....oy.
