Mr. Foot Long Hot Dog Inventor
Bud Light has a two series of radio spots called "Real Men of Genius" and "Real American Heroes". Everytime I hear one I laugh like a loon (to steal a description from Kerri) and I always look forward to hearing a new one.
I found a website that collected all the spots where you can listen to them. Click here.
In the meantime, watch this clip I found on Youtube. Apparently they've filmed commercials as well:

Funny, I used to hear "Real American Heroes" on the radio in New York all the time. Then, post 9-11, the ads changed to "Real Men of Genius" and I figured it was because the term hero was being used earnestly to describe all the emergency people who died on 9/11. Does the "Real American Heroes" version still run somewhere?

I LOVE those commercials. My favorite is the one saluting the man who made the boneless buffalo wings. When the guy in the background sings, "Hope I'm not eating rear end." I crack up every time.

Lyrehca,
The site had both versions, but I've always heard Real Men of Genius.
Penny,
I LOVE the buffalo wing one. That's my favorite.

Another nugget from Bud Light:
He got you sideline passes to the big game, drove you home from the bar on St. Patrick’s Day, and last week, he introduced you to his sister. And for that, you always make sure to remember his birthday. But this year, you’ll take it one step further by sending your buddy a birthday wish from the Bud Light Real Men of Genius. Visit BudLightBirthday.com to customize your birthday wish and send it to your buddy’s cell phone. If you’re a day or two or 40 late – they’ve got you covered. You can send a belated wish as well, because your buddy will understand that you were abducted by aliens.
